Our story
An idea became a place of variety
It all started with a simple idea: to create a shop where you can find all the foods you'd look for in vain in an ordinary supermarket – specialities from the Orient and from Asia, all in one place, with a genuine selection and personal advice.
From this idea, AnKa's Laden has grown: an international supermarket where Oriental and Asian variety are at home and where everyone should feel welcome.
The wish behind it was the same from the very start: a place where people from all sorts of countries can find a little piece of home – and where everyone else feels inspired to discover something new.
What drives us is the joy of this variety: finding the right spice for a family recipe, passing on a good tip, or simply having an open ear for your wishes. Every day shows us anew that good food brings people together – and that's exactly why we're here.
